Welcome to 1st Lesson Driving School, located in Coppell, Texas. By using our website, booking lessons, or enrolling in our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services

We provide driving lessons, behind-the-wheel training, and DPS Authorized Road Test services for teens and adults. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Eligibility

Students must meet the minimum age and permit/license requirements as per Texas DPS rules before starting driving lessons or taking the road test.

Booking & Scheduling

All lessons and road tests must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to instructor availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Students will be notified in advance whenever possible.

Payments

All fees for lessons and road tests must be paid as per the agreed pricing before the service is provided unless otherwise stated. Payment confirms your booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Students must provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee or loss of session credit.

Road Test Policy

Our DPS Authorized Road Test is conducted by certified examiners following official DPS guidelines. Passing the road test is not guaranteed and depends on individual performance.

Student Responsibility

Students are expected to arrive on time, bring required documents, and follow all instructions given by instructors and examiners. Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising during driving lessons or road tests, except where required by law. Students participate at their own risk.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
